Anonymous asked: Do you ever pose your models, or do you let them do their thing? How much direction do you give them? Harder with new faces?

I try to avoid posing a model unless its for something specific.  I give direction in the direction I’m trying to capture, if that makes any sense :)  Actually new faces are often times easier to shoot because they don’t “pose.”  Often times models who pose, become very repetitious and getting them to do something different is difficult.
